PREAMBLE
The following terms and conditions are agreed upon between the Belgian private limited company (BVBA) known as Deco-online, hereafter referred to as ‘deco-online.be’, on one side, and anyone wishing to purchase through the website www.deco-online.be on the other. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to customers. The customer (hereafter referred to as ‘Buyer’) who wishes to purchase on the website declares to be fully legally competent. Persons lacking legal capacity, particularly within the meaning of articles 1123 and following of the Belgian Civil Code, are not allowed to make purchases on the website. Consulting the website and the services it offers is done under the responsibility of the legal representative of the person in question in such cases. This legal representative is deemed to respect these provisions. In any case, the legal representative must either fill in the registration form himself when forwarding personal data or explicitly authorize the person they represent to fill in this form.
The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by this agreement, excluding any pre-existing terms available on the website.
These terms are governed by Belgian law, specifically by the Act of April 6, 2010, on market practices and consumer information and protection, as well as all subsequent amendments and implementing decrees of this law.
Should any condition be missing, the applicable rule will be considered to be governed by the practices common in the sector of distance selling, where companies are based in Belgium.
